Groove Life Silicone Ring

Overall Experience:

I placed my order while my boyfriend was at work and ordered the wrong size. A couple of hours later when he got home I found out and reached out to Groove. They responded immediately saying they have corrected my order to the correct size. Was very quick and large relief how smooth it went. Order arrived and it fit perfectly. He says he doesn't even feel it on his hand and forgets to take it off when he goes to sleep. It does feel a bit stiffer than his previous silicone rings but it's been a couple of days and no chip/tear/wear and he deals with using his hands and metal at work.
Pros and Cons:
- Customer service
- They do as they promised, I upgraded my order to 2 days and it arrived exactly as such, I was expecting some delays due to COVID's affect on shipping
- The ring arrived packaged well/securely and when he opened it he was excited he put it on without me knowing it arrived, comes perfectly in a box that's presentable as a gift by itself
- Biggest concern is the stiffness of the ring material was more than expected, seems to be holding up well so far but it has only been a couple days
Bottom Line: Yes, I would recommend this to a friend
