BetterHelp has been helping me a lot since I joined 4/5 months ago. When you have to travel, if your work schedule changes each week, and/or if a pandemic arises, well BetterHelp and your assigned counselor are there for you anyway. And it is a true blessing to be able to keep working with the same person while moving to a new country, while being in a lockdown, and so on. I got assigned with an amazing therapist and the sessions with her have been super helpful!
