BetterHelp has been very good for me. I don't need counseling as a medical treatment, but having a professional to talk to and deconstruct my inner conflicts with has really helped put my mind at ease. The counselor I was matched with has a lot in common with me but is still open-minded and authoritative when it comes to empathizing or providing perspective from different viewpoints.
