    Hubble Contacts

    I have not received my contacts in 2 months

    Overall Experience:

    I have NOT received my contacts in two months. Customer service is only available via email. I continue to be billed and I have verified my change of address and still cannot get this issue resolved! Waiting to hear back from someone via email is frustrating.

    Pros and Cons:

    • It was convenient when they actually come in the mail
    • Continuous shipping problems
    • Customer service is only available via email
    • Several emails and still no resolution to my problem
    • Unable to track packages accurately
    • Unable to speak to a live person to resolve my issue
    • I continue to be billed even though I have not received my contacts
    • Several times my contacts arrived late
    • Unable to overlap shipments to avoid running out of contacts
    • Customer service
    • Items late or lost in shipping should be sent rush or express mail

    Bottom Line: No, I would not recommend this to a friend
