    Four months to receive device

    Overall Experience:

    I just received my device in the mail yesterday after ordering it in early May.

    Similar to other 1-star reviews here, I have tried to reach out to customer service for updates on my order but have encountered complete silence after one initial response about 2 weeks into the ordeal that my order was going to be shipping in a couple of days.

    About 2 months ago I made a claim with my credit card that I had paid for a product that was not received and have been credited back the fee Livia charged for the device subscription option.

    I was surprised when the package came in the mail, as I never received any shipping notification and the order when I sign into MyLivia says "on hold".

    With all that said, the device does work very well to relieve my mensural cramps and I plan to continue using it as an alternative to overdosing on OTC pain killers for a couple of days every month.

    The customer service of this company is inexcusable and I would not recommend. You really might be able to just purchase a TENS device with similar results.

    Pros and Cons:

    • Works to alleviate pain
    • Easy to use
    • Four months from order date to when I received the product
    • No response to repeated attempts to contact customer service
    • Was charged for subscription refills before I received the product

    Bottom Line: No, I would not recommend this to a friend
