Overall Experience:

William P. was amazing. Specifically, he was attentive, responsive, communicative, and supportive. William was with us every step of the way and very patient with us during this COVID-19 influenced process. We enjoyed working with him very much.
Pros and Cons:
- Coventry gave us the best deal
- Deal took a very long time to finalize, not William P.'s fault though
Bottom Line: Yes, I would recommend this to a friend
