I started therapy during the initial quarantine. My depression was high and I was home alone most days and wanted to put myself in a better mindset. I've always wanted to do therapy but my schedule changes and it's so hard to find something affordable. I love all the different ways I can communicate with my therapist because sometimes you just want to write a message or talk on the phone instead of actually video chatting.
