I will be 58 years old soon and have a couple of autoimmune diseases that cause pretty major pain so going to the gym doesn’t happen as much as I would like. I have seen a great deal of muscle loss in the last few years. Since taking High Impact Plant Protein I feel stronger. I am not kidding, I feel a big difference. I highly recommend trying it yourself.
