I like BetterHelp because it gives me lots of options to communicate with my counselor. The survey I filled out at the beginning seemed to work well because I am quite happy with the counselor I was paired with. She is supportive, knowledgeable, and helpful. I like that I don't have to wait for one weekly hour-long session (like I would if I was seeing someone in person) and that I can speak to my counselor more frequently and when things come up. It is also quite affordable for the service being provided. I also like the amount of options offered for the different types of counseling sessions.
