It's easy, safe, affordable, and it works! If BetterHelp offered online degrees, I'd enroll. These professionals are top-notch. Don't wait to heal and grow. It's the best gift you will ever give yourself.
Pros and Cons:

- Options
- It costs more than my typical co-pay but so worth it
- It felt a little weird to cry without someone physically there to hand me a tissue
- I didn't see many counselors in my age range (I'm 53)
