I have issues with my gut going way back. I’ve had a bowel resection 25 years ago and have episodes when my diet gets sideways and I eat too many of the wrong foods like corn products and become sick for 12 hours followed by bloating and sore muscles from retching. I turned to this product after one of those episodes 3 months ago. The one-a-day capsule makes my gut feel right. No inflammation, nothing hurts, and I feel great. Highly recommend it. Worth a dollar a day for one’s health.
