I have loved using BetterHelp to start my therapy journey, for the first time! It was very easy getting matched up with a therapist and getting my first session set up. It is so convenient being able to message my therapist, Erica, whenever I am going through a rough time during the week and having her respond within a day or two. I also like being able to have a video chat every week instead of having to go into an office.
