I have had a great experience with my counselor from BetterHelp so far. The initial questions were great and made me feel valid for including my sexual orientation as an option for consideration when matching me to a therapist. Being able to text my therapist my thoughts has been very helpful too. Overall, I enjoy the platform and don’t know if I would ever deal with a physical counselors office again after the convenience of BetterHelp.
