I get up in the morning and get ready for work. Now I get my 5 lb weights and do exercises for my arms. I feel like I’m getting stronger and I have more energy.
I believe I may get my waist back but I just want to be stronger and I’m 64 and I need my muscles. No, I don’t want to be a bodybuilder, I just want to be healthy for my 15-year-old grandson.
