As a young woman I took dozens of dance classes and was on teams during high school and college. Now 3 decades and 5 challenging pregnancies later I’ve become sadly out of shape. I found Figure 8 through an ad on FB about a month ago and was immediately intrigued. I just started my 4th week and I look forward to exercising every day. I haven’t taken measurements again since getting started but will do that next week. Regardless of those results, I feel better, I’m sleeping better, and my energy level is higher. So I’ll be continuing. I love the different dances in each session and it feels wonderful to be stretching and moving to fun music again! And the support system from the online community is wonderful!
