In October 2019 I fell from a ladder and broke my left calcaneus. I am a 73-year-old female in very good health and no underlying issues, but when in March 2020 I was allowed to start bearing my weight on my left foot I could see what a toll not being able to walk, etc. for months had taken on me.
I remember the stiffness I experienced when I got out of bed.
I have just started my 3rd jar of High Impact Plant Protein (30+ days) and the change is amazing. I get out of bed and start my day effortlessly. I have used the pandemic to take care of my house (in lieu of going to the gym that never appealed to me), I have almost an acre of land, so I’ve been busy keeping it in shape. I have also repainted my deck and cleaned she sidings of my house, etc., etc.
Also, because I am home, I am able to eat healthier and have lost 15 lbs!
I am extremely happy to have discovered High Impact Plant Protein.
