    Not bad

    • Length of Use: Less than 3 months
    Overall Experience:

This app is fairly cheap for the services provided; if you’re an American you’re aware of how expensive sessions can cost in person.

My biggest issue with this, however, is that groupinars are a serious hit or miss.

Sometimes you’ll schedule with someone really great at communicating, shows a clear presentation, and is inclusive.

Other times the counselors may teach exclusively heteronormative situations/services or offer bias information, like Fox News statistics? Sometimes they’ll make you watch TEDx Talks and YouTube videos, that you can watch online for free.

Occasionally in groupinar chats, people will take their anger out on you and the presenter/counselor will not pay attention to it, forcing you to leave the chat because you’re so uncomfortable.

If you’re gay/lesbian/atheist it can be disheartening at first establishing a relationship with a counselor because there’s so many that do like to push their personal views and opinions on your situations.

Took me 3 switches until I found a good one.

Would I recommend this to anyone? Yes.

Would I caution LGBTQl+ about the dilemmas I endured through this process? Very much so.

    Pros and Cons:

    • Counselor
    • Groupinar
    • Journal
    • Journal
    • Groupinar
    • Schedules

Bottom Line: Yes, I would recommend this to a friend
