    TAPfit

    So fun!

    Overall Experience:

    I love my TAPfit program! I’m on the Week 5 workout.

    I’ve been doing TAPfit for over 4 months, 3-5 times a week, and I’m just now on Week 5, so don’t feel pressured to move through everything quickly!

    If you go at your own pace, you’ll feel less frustrated with "getting it right" and enjoy the journey.

    Pros and Cons:

    • The community and the ladies are amazing
    • The taps are so fun and making noise is so cool
    • The dances are great and I love learning all the steps, I’m sweating by the end too so it’s a great workout
    • The taps can be a little tricky to get on the first time but after that they are great

    Bottom Line: Yes, I would recommend this to a friend
