    Overall Experience:

    There's a wide range of therapists who are willing to help you get through and find your ground. I had initially debated on reaching out but I'm glad I did. I gain more confidence after each session with my therapist and I think about my issues from a broader perspective so I can gain a better understanding and make positive improvements.

    Pros and Cons:

    • Different options of communication with your therapist
    • Daily app notifications to write in your journal
    • Weekly check-ins from your therapist and responses in a timely manner
    • We can write and choose whether or not to share our journal entries with our therapists
    • The sessions are confidential
    • Financial options available if you can't afford it
    • Time limit
