Although I was saddened by the fact my ring snapped in half during a CrossFit style workout, Ellie was a gracious and effective service representative. I will give the replacement a chance in hopes that I received a "lemon" if you will. Regardless of the outcome, I will continue to laud compliments onto the customer support of Groove. Keep up the excellent work.
