    I can’t pay my bill - terrible customer service

    Overall Experience:

    I’ve been trying to pay my bill for two months. Every time I call they tell me the same line that my account wasn’t open but that it is now and that I’ll be able to pay my bill in 3-5 business days. I’m never able to.

    I’ve told their customer service department that and they literally don’t care at all. They just give the same line over and over again until I hang up.
