I take the protein shake with water usually, on occasion will make a smoothie. Do it every morning, then often go for a mountain bike ride. I'm 68 and male. I believe I have more energy than I had before, seemed like I was tired a lot. I work out 5 days a week and stretch/exercise 7 days. It seemed as I got older I was more tired. I try to eat well and watch what I eat, but I also eat things that I like and are probably not the best for me. I'm 6 feet and weigh 175 so stay in fairly good shape.
