Several days after taking VitaPulse I experienced what I thought was increased energy and stamina compared to prior. I did not get as tired as I used to when working throughout the day. I feel it was directly related to this formula. However, I also felt a gritty irritation in my intestinal tract with some discomfort after about 3 days. Without getting too personal, I felt some swelling in the colon and anal area. This went away when I stopped taking it for a few days. After checking this out, I found out this was normal and not harmful. But after restarting the formula, the side effects returned too. I would like to continue with it if I can tolerate these effects as I need the pharmaceutical grade CO-Q 10. The NAC and PQQ are just an added plus. My final opinion is still to be decided on this preparation. Overall, I like the way I feel on this except for the grittiness feeling. Dr. B is onto something here I feel. Thank you.
