    Customer service sucks

    Overall Experience:

    Spoke to several customer representatives that refuse to help me with questions and answers to technical issues. They were rude and unhelpful. I like the contacts themselves, but do not like how their customer service representatives speak to people so I'm unsure if I'll ever use this brand again.

    Pros and Cons:

    • Contacts feel comfortable
    • Customer service
    • Lack of assistance
    • Not helpful

    Bottom Line: No, I would not recommend this to a friend
