So frustrated with this company. I purchased two tap kits in error and have been trying to get information to return one of them. I have emailed TAPfit four times requesting the info and made two phone calls. I finally got an email from Jasmine asking what the order number is for the one I want to return. All that info was previously sent in the emails of which she should have seen. That was on Tuesday, 9/8, and I still haven't gotten a reply. By the time I get the info, if ever, the 30 days will be over. I don't understand your return policy.
