Overall Experience:

I would be careful in expecting miracles. They are slow and the various aspects of their operation do not all treat you the same. The salesman is great...the other parts leave something to be desired. Communication among the various offices seems to be nonexistent, and the terse was of these folks to the buyer is unwelcome. I am not sure I would buy online again.
Pros and Cons:
- Josh the salesman
- Value of trade-in
- Somewhat the price of new vehicle
- Slowness of transaction and lack of care of my review of them previous to this one
- Lack of communication of the various offices involved
- They easily processed my loan through them but didn’t pay off existing one as quickly, giving me two car loans at once
Bottom Line: No, I would not recommend this to a friend
