I’ve tried countless times to cancel my subscription and cannot ever get anyone to answer the phone! A customer sits in complete silence for a very long time to have no one greeting them on the other end. Month after month, the $39 comes out, and I call and get nothing. Finally, my bank was gracious enough to block any future charges from you. The contacts are “ok” - my Acuvue Oasis are what I’m so excited to return to!
