    Last update! Finally reimbursed me the cost of registration that they failed to do, so I will call it resolved.

    Update

    To further demonstrate this company's failures to follow through, I received the below after my review stating a member of the executive resolution team would be in touch with me in two days. This was three weeks ago. I removed names and phone numbers from the email before posting.

    Registration nightmare

    I initially thought the Carvana experience was pretty good. The problems arose with the registration process. I told the guy at the pickup location I would be transferring my DV plates to the car multiple times. After 2 weeks I received a set of plates in the mail, someone at Carvana decided I would be ok with whatever decision they made for me and I paid for these plates that I did not want. Now Carvana refuses to do anything to unscrew the mess they created with my registration. I have spoken with 5 different advocates at this point, each of them promising to get right back with me and they just disappear. I am ready to just let them come get the car and go elsewhere.

We register your vehicle on our behalf to avoid a trip to the DMV and it is unacceptable that communication errors prevented you from transferring your plates.
