Been taking this probiotic for at least three years. I will not change because it most definitely helped my IBS. The packaging was what first got me to try this. My nutritionist also told me to take only a medical-grade produced probiotic. Other research said to find one that is properly sealed and stored. This fit perfectly into my qualifications.
