Overall Experience:

The progress I have made in my life with help of my BetterHelp counselor is tremendous. I am so thankful for this app and for my counselor, Nicole Sheppard. Being able to chat, call, or even video call her has been so convenient.
Pros and Cons:
- Different appointment types
- Wide available times
- Fairly cost effective
- Only 30-minute sessions available
- Can’t see other appointment times until I cancel current one
Bottom Line: Yes, I would recommend this to a friend
