I sincerely thought BetterHelp was probably a gimmick. I mean when most therapist sessions cost $100 an hour or more and BetterHelp claimed it allowed multiple sessions a week, unlimited messaging, etc., I knew there was a catch. My goodness, I was wrong. Their customer service team is extremely responsive and caring to any question. What’s more is my assigned counselor is absolutely amazing. Thank you BetterHelp!
