I’ve been using BetterHelp for about 3 weeks now. The first counselor I didn’t feel a connection with and ended up changing. The second counselor has been amazing. I think he’s really focused on what’s important to me. He sends worksheets over the messaging so I can complete them when I have time. It’s so easy to communicate with him.
