BetterHelp is honestly amazing. I'm a new mom and I'm a business owner so having personal time is really a challenge on top of being in a pandemic and being a little fearful of going into a place where I am not familiar. BetterHelp offers the flexibility of talking in the phone or video chat and I love that today I did a session on my way to work today (via Bluetooth), it was convenient, and after my session I felt a weight lifted off my shoulders and I was able to continue with my day feeling relaxed!
