No car for 3 weeks
- Length of Use: Less than 3 months
Overall Experience:

Met every deadline yet my car was not delivered for almost 3 weeks. No one knew when the car would be delivered. Once found, the car was delivered filthy dirty.
Pros and Cons:
- That they reached out to us immediately at 9pm
- Paperwork was easy
- No communication between departments
- Once sale is made, ridiculous hold times to speak to representative
- Once you send your down-payment, you are no longer valued
Bottom Line: No, I would not recommend this to a friend
