This was my 2nd or 3rd refi with Rocket/Quicken and my experiences have always been good. My first live contact this last time was quite friendly and happened to be attending the same college I graduated from decades ago. He was quite competent. I was stepped through the necessary information and forms in a clear fashion. And I was kept up-to-date through a well-functioning automated communications technology.
