    Hubble Contacts

    It was good at first, but then...

    Overall Experience:

    I’ve got roughly 8 boxes per eye, I don’t wear my lenses every day so I have ample supply now. They feel good in my eyes and I see just as well with this brand as I do the Acuvue brand. I was extremely disappointed to wake up the other morning (10/5) and see my account was overdrawn by $39. I reported my card lost and received a new one in the mail and somehow these guys still ended up getting my new debit card number and information which I did NOT update in my account. There is no link to click to cancel, you have to email them. I emailed, figured they would send the money they stole back, but no, instead I’m still getting yet another 30-day supply that I don’t need and now have to pay about $50 on top of the $39 to get my checking account back into good standing. Be careful if you get a subscription, and make sure you manage your subscription so you don’t get overdrawn.

    Pros and Cons:

    • Soft
    • Don’t scratch my eyes
    • I can wear the same pair for about a week before I throw them away
    • They turn inside out easier then my name brand ones
    • Harder to find when I drop one
    • Can’t really wear if I have eye makeup on

    Bottom Line: No, I would not recommend this to a friend

After your first trial shipment of contact lenses, Hubble does become a subscription service if you don't decide to cancel - we make this information available on our website and during the sign-up process. The upcoming charge schedule is posted in the customer's HUBBLE account, as well as information for how to edit or skip orders in the schedule. Our orders are part of a subscription program, so we are prepared to be processed immediately after the charge is cleared. We are physically unable to cancel or pull back an order once it has been charged. The monthly charge is authorized when you place the first order, and can be adjusted at the request of the customer, and can be canceled via a simple email or phone call with our customer service team during our business hours, as stated on our site.
