The refinancing process with QL was quick, easy, and very painless. The QL rep was very professional and attentive. I didn't expect to close the mortgage in such a short period of time. It was pretty amazing. The only thing that was a little bit of a disappointment was the unexpected cost/fees associated with the closing, which were not what we were told at the beginning. However, we still think we made the right decision.
