Good luck getting anyone to ever call you back, getting updates on where you are at in the process, having any clue on whether or not the car will actually arrive. It was an extremely painful experience. Even the delivery wasn't handled correctly with our driver showing up at 10 pm, making us meet him in a dark parking lot miles from my house.
