Overall Experience:

I am very happy with my experience with BetterHelp, they make you feel heard, offer great support and options to help how you'll get through something hard in life, and are just open and genuine.
Pros and Cons:
- That I can speak to someone 24/7
- Conveniently right on your phone
- Genuine connection the therapist gives
- Wish it was easier to have our therapist talk to others like if someone need them to reach out to a judge or probation officer
Bottom Line: Yes, I would recommend this to a friend
