BetterHelp has changed my life

Overall Experience:

Signing up was fast, easy, and thorough. I’m very skeptical about the level of professionalism from online therapists and BetterHelp literally answered all my questions, left me with no concerns, and follows up on a regular basis to be sure my needs are being met.
Pros and Cons:
- The amount of information provided about the therapists
- Messaging daily and getting support before the next video appointment
- The amount of detailed questions used to match me with a therapist
- I can’t do video appointments outside of my home because of WiFi
- Not their fault, but it is hard to afford since my husband lost his job due to COVID
Bottom Line: Yes, I would recommend this to a friend
