My husband LOVES his rings. He lost the first one and then he got the special 2 for one deal from me as a surprise. When I contacted customer service about some issues I was having with the warranty, I received an immediate and personal response from a real person (you get so many automated replies these days)! Very pleased with both purchases and now am thinking about getting a ring for ME!
