It started with a phone call from me to Coventry. William Perry called me back within an hour and explained the whole process. He was very understanding with my questions which at times I'm sure he thought "What...", however, he never commented and was always professional. I'm in Project Management so I pressed hard for the best deal that I could get and I truly believe he went to bat for me. The paperwork was somewhat daunting and Mr. Perry went through the forms until they were understood. My insurance company was somewhat picky about having original signatures on the forms or they would not recognize the changes. Again, Mr. Perry was patient and helped me.
