I suffer from terrible cramps, and this little machine has allowed me to live somewhat normally, which is pretty incredible. It doesn’t remove all my pain but it definitely works and I don’t need to be popping pain pills every few hours. I would recommend this to everyone who suffers from horrible cramps. It will help!
