I was skeptical about the device, but I figured for the promotion price it was on, it was worth the try, so I went ahead and got the subscription. It did take a bit for the item to arrive, but boy was it worth the wait! I wear it at work and at home and it's been an amazing help for pain relief and faster than any pain killer. I've also tested the theory of it, if the pain would come back immediately, it didn't, so even after-effects are worth it. I have severe endometriosis so I use this more frequently in the month than most users may and it's been so helpful.
