Refinanced my VA insured mortgage to a much lower rate!

Overall Experience:

Our experience refinancing our loan with NewDay USA was excellent from beginning to end! This is mainly due to the exceptional service and personal attention we received from NewDay USA agent Tayler Noel Reno. She was very responsive to all our questions and communicated with us by phone and email in a very timely manner. During this process, she became like our best friend!
Pros and Cons:
- The excellent interest rate that is going to save us thousands of dollars over the life of our loan
- The computer technology employed worked very well, including the e-signing of documents which was very easy
- Working with our representative agent Tayler Noel Reno
- No “cons” were specified in this review
