    Groove Life Silicone Ring

    Horrible ring warranty replacement process

    Overall Experience:

    The warranty ring replacement process is completely broken. First, there is no way you can speak to a HUMAN. Second, the website warranty process does not work for a ring that is no longer available. It took four emails just to get customer service to respond. They finally sent a link to order a replacement but it wanted to charge me the full price for the replacement. After several more emails, I finally got a replacement ordered. They would not send a tracking number for the replacement, so I was in limbo for approx 2 weeks wondering where it was. Then I got a note from the postman that the package could not be delivered without paying additional postage of $2.60 before they could deliver. Groove didn't even put enough postage for it to be delivered! The whole process is very disappointing and frustrating.

    • Love the ring
    • No ability to talk with a human
    • Broken warranty process
    • Customer service

    Bottom Line: No, I would not recommend this to a friend
