I've tried a few different products that are for stomach health and this is the easiest and best tasting one yet. I love to put it into my unsweetened protein shakes in the morning and add a nice flavor to it. Within days I've felt good changes and have been taking it now for over 3 months and even lost 15lbs. I can't prove this was the product but it's the only change I've added to my lifestyle.
