When I was asked about how I liked the product, City Lips, I commented that it was average. Then I analyzed my lips. They were no longer dry and peeling and actually felt soft. I went and looked in the mirror and actually noticed for the first time that the vertical crevices (way past lines) especially around my upper lip were smoothing out. Wow, I was impressed.
I had been wearing a mask most days, so hadn't noticed my lips. I then got out the second tube and put it on my nightstand. Last thing at night and first thing in the morning. I have been amazed at myself for not noticing the difference.
The real kicker happened a few days later when my husband was taking photos of us. He always touches up the pictures and I commented that "The Lip Color" he had chosen was perfect. His comment back was my lips looked great and he hadn't retouched them at all!
In summary: In a very short time, I am very pleased with how my lips like City Lips, and it shows!
