I have been using the shampoo and conditioner for about a month now. I seem to be losing less hair than I was before. It is unfortunate though that I have to order the product from the U.S. I live in Canada and paying in US dollars makes the product even more expensive. My first order took 3 weeks to arrive but my second order came within 5 days.
