Everything about my experience with Lemonaid Health was phenomenal. The customer service representative I spoke to was super helpful, as was the doctor who took care of me. The process of starting an appointment was ridiculously easy and clear, not to mention the timeframe - altogether under 40 minutes! I’m impressed with this service and I will be using it whenever I have a cold/other small medical problems, especially since my HSA paid for the visit fee. I am so, so happy that Dr. Liu took care of me as well - he knew what I had and was happy to answer all my questions. Many thanks to everyone at Lemonaid Health!
